Everyone’s favourite living Beatle, Paul McCartney (sorry Ringo), has continued expanding his musical horizons, this time rocking out over some electronic beats  with The Bloody Beetroots.

In the lead up to releasing his new solo album this round of experimentation follows on from that album’s producer, Mark Ronson’s claims that McCartney’s upcoming album is influenced by “post-Bonde do Role baile funk” and Usher’s ‘Climax’.  We’re not exactly sure what all of this means for the sound of his second album this decade, but it would appear to suggest he’s moved on from the backwards-looking emphasis of 2012’s poorly received ‘Kisses On The Bottom’.
